He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Garrett; his sons, Preston "P. J." Garrett Jr. and David Garrett; his stepchildren, April, Anita, Angie and Biven Jr.; and his brothers, Charlie Thomas Garrett and Daniel Glosson. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
