With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Ann Rowland Walters of Mebane, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on March 12, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Duane "Gropup" Walters; her parents, George Rowland and Mary Louise Johnson Rowland; her siblings, Barbara Jean Rowland Robertson and Thomas George Rowland; and her stepsiblings, Robert Gibson and Nannie Overman.
She is survived by: her sisters, JoAnn Rowland Jordan and Linda Rowland Douglas (Bill); and her stepsister Mannie Richardson. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
