She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh Morris Shelton and Agnes Delsie Doss Shelton; her sons, Charles "Chip" Forbes, Jr. and Jeffrey Forbes; her granddaughter Kelsey Severa; and her siblings, Bobby Shelton, Cecil "Wimpy" Shelton, Deborah Cole, Ramona Shelton and Peggy Wright.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Justin Forbes and Hanna Myers (Austin); her great grandchildren, Katelyn Forbes, Brayden Forbes, Caleb Forbes, Emma Myers, Eli Myers, Eloise Myers and Callie Sprinkle; and her siblings, Linda Webb, Sara Pugh, Larry "Bill" Shelton and Freddie Shelton.
