She was predeceased by: her parents, Shell Allen and Vera Walker Holloway. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Burgess (Julie), Barry Burgess (Diane) and Kerry Burgess (Karen); her stepchildren, Lynn Albright (Buster), Lee Langley (April) and Richard Langley Jr. (Sue); and her siblings, Alice DeLozier, Joyce Trickey, Elrey Holloway (Peggy) and Wayne Holloway (Peggy). She is also survived by loving 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, her many loving step grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Green Methodist Church Cemetery (3005 Pleasant Green Rd, Durham, NC 27705).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mebane Gospel Chapel at 461 N. 9th Street Mebane, NC 27302 or to a charity of your choice in memory of Nancy.
