She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Gibson and Edith McGee Gibson. She is survived by: her husband John Edwards; her children, Tracy Edwards (Dave) of Gibsonville and J. W. Edwards of Mebane; her grandchildren, Ashton, Abigail, Sierra, Brooke and Skylar; and her siblings, Carolyn Bell, Sandra Wooten, Connie Thompson, Chester Gibson and Dick Gibson. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
