We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Milton Richard Forbes of Mebane, North Carolina, born in Erie, Colorado. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Forbes and Abbey Blystone Forbes; his stepmother Mabel Forbes; and his siblings, Gerald Forbes and Gladys Bemis.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Forbes; his sons, Dale R. Forbes (Tina M.), Brian Forbes (Brenda) and Danny Forbes (Shelly); his sister Darla Forbes; and his grandchildren, Linda Noellert (Greg), Vicky McNabb, Brian Forbes (Mandy), Cliff Forbes (Erin), Melanie Laskey (Justin), Sharon Hocker (Todd), Logan Forbes, Gavin Forbes and Jeff Wakeley. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina: 2700 Angier Ave., Suite A, Durham, NC 27703.
