She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Lloyd and Martha Leak Lloyd; and her siblings, Lula Albright and James Lloyd. She is survived by: her children, Willard Chester Godfrey, Jr., Mary JoEllen Godfrey, James Edward Godfrey and Felicia Marietta Ekwueme-Okoli (Tagbo "Bo"); and her grandchildren, Asha Renee Godfrey, Laila Obiageli Onyinye Okoli and Alexander Chidozie Kenechi Okoli.
