She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Mebane and Jennie Novella Jones Mebane; and her siblings, James Howard Mebane, William Walter Mebane, Cora, Jones, Elsie Mebane, Martha Oldham and Eunice Mebane.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Williamson, Jocelyn Velez, Rosalyn Robinson (Rob) and Denise Beasley (Kevin). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
