She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Alexander Southard and Annie Hall Southard; her husband Thomas William Terrell; her son Sammy Carr Terrell; and her brother Kenneth Southard.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine T. Dunn; her grandchildren, Tammy Dawkins (David) and Michael Terrell; her great grandchildren, Evan Church (Rebecca) and Jessica Evans; and her great great grandchildren, Brenn Evans, Gaige Evans, Tatum Evans, Aubrey Church, Scarlett Church and Amelia Church.
