It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Lancaster of Mebane, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on November 25, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Earl and Pauline Richmond Covington; and her brother James Earl Covington (Mary Jean). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Robert Lancaster, Sr.; her children, Ann Lancaster Wright (Mark) and Joseph Robert Lancaster, Jr.; her grandchildren, Thomas Dylan Wright and Margaret Amelia Lancaster; and her brothers, Dewey Richmond Covington (Sally) and Joseph Murray Covington (Joyce). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
