Loura Burnette Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loura Burnette of Mebane, North Carolina, born in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on July 27, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Burnette; her parents, William Issac Kornegay and Ida Jeffries Enoch; and her brothers, Jimmie Enoch and Mark Enoch.

She is survived by: her children, Patrick Burnette (Crystal) of Graham and Charity Werts (Blake) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Brandon Burnette of Charlotte and Aliyah Burnette of Graham; her sisters, Carmelita Gilliam of Burlington and Remonia Enoch of Green Level; her aunts, Jean Whitmore of Norwalk, CT, Joann Davis of Burlington and Jessie Mae Graves of Mebane; and her siblings-in-law, Marie Chavis (Warner) and Clarence Burnette of Graham.

At the family's request, everyone attending the visitation or service is asked to wear a mask.
