She was predeceased by: her parents, William Homer Phillips and Geraldine Wilson Phillips; and her brothers, Robert Lee Phillips and Richard Calvin Phillips. She is survived by: her son Christopher Odell Stokes (Brittany); her grandchildren, Dillen Odell Stokes and Becklea Kay Stokes; her foster son Jacob Owen Mote; her siblings, Wayne Phillips (Brenda), Dwight Phillips (Edna), Kenneth Phillips and Carlene Kendrick; and her close friend Peggy Phillips. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
