He is survived by: his wife Nancy Clary Green; his children, Aprille Matsko (Joseph) of Efland, Tyler Green (Ashley) of Mebane and Scott Green of Jefferson City, TN; his brother David Green of Morehead City; his grandson Barrett Lee of Efland; his stepgrandchildren, Kaymin Matsko and Avree Matsko of Efland; and his nephews, Joe Green and Will Green of Morehead City.
