She is survived by: her husband Bill Pope; her daughter Abbey Pope (Ash); and her siblings, Patricia Rountree Staffeldt and Robert Guy Rountree. She is also survived by her friends, family, and coworkers at Child and Family.

In lieu of Flowers, the pope family requests that contributions be made to their favorite non-profit organization.
