She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Young and Ena Mae Young; and her siblings, Ricky Young, Frankie Young and Jody Young.

She is survived by: her children, Mickey Mayton (Gail) of Mebane and Tammy Robinson (Kevin) of Graham; her grandchildren, Bridget, Heather, Kimberly, Makenzie and Tori; and her sister Shelia Sykes of Mebane. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave. Floor 17, Chicago, Illinois 60601.
