She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Forrest Harward. She is survived by: her sons, Barry and Petie Harward (Patty); her grandchildren, Josh Harward (Kasey), April Morton (Ricky) and Amy Stegall (Keith); and her brother Benny Murphy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and 9 beloved Great-Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Alamance County.
