Jacobs (Carly Jo Jacobs); his nieces and nephews, Reagan Rae and Gunner Brooks Jacobs; and his parents-in-law, Thomas and Nancy Barbour. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers.
