She is survived by: her children, William Adcock, Jr. (Donna) of Graham, B. Craig Adcock (Karen Temple), Teresa Couch (Dallas) of Graham and Tammy Welch (Daniel) of Graham; and her sister Ann Browder of Spring Hope, NC. She is also survived by five grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, one great grandchild, one step great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
