It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ellen Weathers (Mebane, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Leroy Black; and her brother Jonathan Black. She is survived by: her mother JoAnn Black; her sister Jeanene McHale; her daughter Devon Kerley (Mike); her close friend Denise Teetor; her siblings-in-law, Karen Ussery and Doug Ussery; and her adoptive son Jeremy Teetor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
