He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Ward Griffin and Noble Wayne Loy (Nora); his wife Rebekah Williamson Loy; his children, Kristen Loy (Joe Cook) and Ethan Loy (Emily); and his siblings, Noble Wayne "Chuck" Loy, Jr. (Carla), Jonathan Barbee (Araceli) and Kim Stevens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many extended family.
