He is survived by: his sister Terri Ross (Michael) of Elon; his niece Taylor Lewis (Bryan) of Elon; his nephew James Ross (Erin) of Washington, DC; his great-niece Brody Lewis of Elon; and his friends, Tammy Flood-Coner of Whitsett and Don Kinsey of Mebane.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials being made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (NC Chapter), Living Free Ministries (Snow Camp, NC), Church of the Vine (Burlington, NC), or St. Mark's Community Church (Burlington, NC).
