She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Claiborn Wilkerson and Eunice Wilkerson (Wilson); her husband William F. Tate Jr.; her children, Robin Harper (Rob) and Tony Tate (Vera); her grandchildren, Erin Lawson (Erick), Will Harper, Jay Harper and Allison Kincheloe (Chris); her brothers, Roy Wilkerson and Johnny Wilkerson (Wendy); her siblings-in-law, Charles Tilley and Gail Wilkerson; and her caregivers, Sarah Strayhorn and Frances Richmond. She was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
