She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dewey Cox Jr. and Molly Lucretia Lambert Cox; and her brothers, Dewey Cox and Roger Cox. She is survived by: her husband Clay Walker; her sons, Kenneth Duane Cates (Gayla) and Marc Wendell Cates (Andrew); her stepchildren, Devon Mosley (Ronnie), Kim Dotson (Johnny), Rhonda Lee (Keith) and Michael Walker (Tracy); her grandchildren, Brandon Cates and Brittany Cates Eichelberger (David); her brother Stephen Cox (Michael); her sister-in-law Diane Cox; and her cousins, Connie and Jenny. She is also survived by 16 step-grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
