She was predeceased by: her husband John B. Norris; and her brother Gene Farthing. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Frederiksen (Eric) of Mebane, Gary Norris (Phil Adams) of Boone and David Norris (Teresa) of Leasburg; her sister Sara Farthing of Liberty; her grandchildren, Sheena Gafos, Sean Norris, Scott Norris and Allary Fitting; and her stepgrandsons, Karl Frederiksen and Kurt Frederiksen.
