He was predeceased by: his stepfather Marvin; and his parents, Lu Burbage and Leverne Altman. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his siblings, Jerry (Susie) and Diane (Randy); his sons, Scott and Jason (Missy); and his stepchildren, Christine (Adam) and Ryan (Katie).
