She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jackson Tutt and Dorothy King Stephens; her husband William Foust of Mebane, NC.; her grandparents, Daniel King and Claytor Spencer King; her brothers, Donnald P. Tutt and William K. King; her uncle John T. King; her aunts, Mary Newlin and Lona King; and her cousins, Jimmy Ray King and Thelma Louise King.
She is survived by: her sons, Arnold Kent Tutt and Donnald P. Tutt of Burlington, NC; her granddaughter Marissha Wallace of Roxboro, NC; her siblings, Dorothy T. Parham (Jacob) of Petersburg, VA, Sheila K. Campbell of South Chesterfield, VA, Joe D. Stephens (Minnie) of South Boston, VA, Frederick D. Stephens (Michaela) of El Paso, TX and Roger G. Stephens of Suffolk, VA; and her cousin Anthony Featherstone of Burlington, NC. She is also survived by her family and friends.
