It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hope Whitmore of Mebane, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Howard James and Helen Marie Williams; her husband Rodney Tyrone Whitmore; her children, Sierra Whitmore (Henry Cooke), Ashleigh Kessler (James) and Dalton C. Whitmore; her granddaughter Shae Kessler; and her sister Heather Williams (Gifford Etherton). She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews cousins and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dalton's and Sierra's College Fund at State Employee's Credit Union as they both start school in the near future.
