He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie and Sol (Frances); his sister Ruth Wetter; his son-in-law Gary Rottmann Sr.; and his niece Eileen Shaw.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Sauber, Emma Greer (Terry), Stephen Sauber and Virginia Kennedy; his grandchildren, Sarah Liptrap (Shane), Holly Sauber, Storm Rottmann (Mattie) and Gary Rottmann, Jr.; his nephews, Bruce and Ron Wetter; and his niece Lois Wetter Tilbury (Warren). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
