She was predeceased by: her parents, James Johnson, Sr. and Lillian Graves Johnson; and her brothers, John Johnson, James Johnson Jr., William Earl Johnson and Allen Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Long (LaTisha), Desi Greg Vilines, Angela L. Thornton (Steven) and Karen L. Evans (Eddie); her grandchildren, Brandon Evans, Tamisha Daye, Aaliyah Long and Jamal Thornton; and her sister Connie Currie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and dear friends.
