We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2019, at the age of 81, Fredda Foster (Mebane, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Okel Wicker and Opal Gertrude Vest Wicker; her spouse Dallie Lee "Babe" Foster; her daughter Cynthia Gibson Smith; and her brother Bill Wicker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Evans (Mark) of Burlington, Cathy Benes (Jeff) of Graham and Virginia "Ginny" Foster of Graham; and her siblings, Phyllis Sue Wicker, Molly W. Santini, Max Wicker, Worth Wicker and Roy Wicker, Jr.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
