He is survived by: his wife Gloria Vila; his children, Walter Vila (Zulma) of Haw River, Gloria Pasarell (Lester) of League City, Texas, Doreen Vila of Mebane and Frank Vila (Amarilis) of Mebane; his grandchildren, Walter Vila (Michelle) of Haw River, Nanette Atkinson (James) of Chapel Hill, Eddie Seijo-Vila (Morgan) of Burlington, Michelle Sparks (Chad) of Conroe, Texas, Leslie Pasarell of League City, Texas, Enrique Vila (Breanna Armstrong) of Graham and Juan Carlos Vila (Jacqueline) of Mebane; his great grandchildren, Collin, Gabriela Atkinson of Chapel Hill, Victoria Eden Vila of Burlington and Remi Kate Sparks of Conroe, Texas.; his stepgreat-grandchild Auron Armstrong of Graham; and his siblings, Nelly Vila of Fredericksburg, VA and John Vila-Wys of Cary. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
