He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Hollowood and Morris Edward Hollowood; and his brothers, Bob and Kenny Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sheran McAdams Hollowood; his siblings, Patricia Ann Hollowood and Tim Hollowood; and his child Hillary Ann Hollowood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ed's name to the UNC Kidney Center where he received a life saving kidney transplant from Hillary in 2018.
