He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Britt Davis, Sr. and Julia Mae Dodson Davis; his grandson David Rogers; and his sister Julia Martin. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie F. Davis; his children, Cindy D. Rogers (Jeff) of Mebane, Caroline D. Couch (Pete) of Mebane and Chuck Davis (Lori) of Clemmons, NC.; his grandchildren, Andrew Rogers (Tiffany), Sarah Murray (Justin), Matthew Couch (Taylor), Jacob Tyler Couch, Brody Davis and Luke Davis; his great grandchildren, Annistyn Oliver, Beckham Murray, Britt Murray, Ellbie Couch and River Couch; his siblings, Jane Flowers (Phil) of Mebane and Bobby Davis (Linda) of Mebane; and his mother-in-law Lannie Faulk of Mebane.
