He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sharon Dement; his children, Alec Dement and Evan Dement; his parent Sue Tolotta Hughes; his stepmother Tammy Wakefield; his siblings, Bradley Dement, Gary Overbey (Crystal), Howard Hobson (Jennifer), Brenda Dement and Janet Freeland (Lany); his parents-in-law, Carol Moore (Randy) and James Overbey; his father Donnie Ray Dement Sr; and his sisters, Peggy Dement and Wendy Dement Baker. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many loving friends.
