He is survived by: his wife Shirley Haith; his sons, David Haith Jr. (Tracy) and Steve Haith; his siblings, Lillian Sanders, Ida Haithcock, Ann Hall and Walter Haith; his granddaughters, Sara Smith, Jessica Haith and Amy Haith; his great grandchildren, Corbin Smith, Daylin Smith, Peyton Elkins and Adley Elkins; and his great great grandchildren, Spencer Smith and Carter Wills.
