He is survived by: his children, Dallas Lloyd Alford IV (Kim) of Raleigh and Jennifer Alford-Rothman (Kim) of Ithaca; his girlfriend Mary Linda Spencer; his grandchildren, Dallas Lloyd Alford V, Maven Reese Alford, Lilah Alford-Rothman and Merritt Alford-Rothman; and his siblings, Cathy Duncan (Homer) of Cary, Margarette Rivenbark of Cary and Benjamin G. Alford (Marcia) of New Bern.
