It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clarence Wayne Doby (Mebane, North Carolina), who passed away on December 7, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Oslar Doby and Cora Belle Lewis Doby; and his sister Janice Chappell of Mebane, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jones Doby; his children, Denice Ariztia (Patrick) of Lenoir, NC, Nancy Coty (Phil) of Graham, NC, Sharon O'Dell (Jay) of Graham, NC, Tammie Workman (Lynwood) of Mebane, NC and Benny Joyce of Mebane, NC.; and his sibling Pat Parker (Cliff) of Dallas, GA. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
