She was predeceased by: her daughter Sherry Watkins Pearce; her parents, Fred Black and Stella Black; her grandchildren, Angela Watkins and Paul Grubb; and her brothers, Fred Black, Bobby Black and Wesley Black.
She is survived by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Watkins; her children, Robert Rice (Christine) and Joyce Grubb; her grandchildren, Rodney Grubb (Lori), Tammy McCann (Jeff), Sharon Rogers (Jason) and Michelle Leeper (Tim); and her brother Floyd Black. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
