He is survived by: his sister Nancy Motley (Thomas Motley) of Danville; his wife Julia Enoch Watkins; his daughters, Mary L. Watkins, Emily L. Watkins and Christi L. Watkins; his grandchildren, Jordan C. Cooper (Emily) and Sophia M. Cooper (Emily); his nephews, William D. White Jr. and Emmanuel O. White (Mary White); and his great-nephews, Tevin A. White (William) and Christopher R. White (William). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, friends, co-workers, classmates.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blackwell Funeral Home (1292 Rauhut St, Burlington, NC 27217).
