It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Thornton of Mebane, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on October 8, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Sexton Thornton; and her parents, Carrie Couch and Eddie Couch. She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda R. Thornton; her brother Graham Couch (Ruby) of Asheboro; her granddaughter Hilary R. Thornton; and her great grandchildren, Aaliyah R. Thornton, Noah C. Thornton and TaMeisha A. Davis.
Due to Covid-19 the family asks that there be no home visits.
