She was predeceased by: her parents, John Calhoun Gardner and Pauline Reynolds Gardner; and her husband Wayne Brinkley. She is survived by: her children, Sue Dixon and Jimi Shockley (Angela); her stepdaughters, Debbie Wilberger (Suzette) and Teresa Edwards (Bill); and her siblings, Tomasine Duffy and Cal Gardner. She is also survived by five grandchildren; one great grandson; six step grandchildren; two step great grandchildren.
