He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Yvonne Daniel and Brenda Pritt. He is survived by: his parents, Jessica Middleton and Brent Middleton; and his grandfathers, John Daniel and Kenneth Pritt. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
