She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Williams and Edna Mae Woolard Williams; her son Adam Champion; and her siblings, Tommy Weaver and Joyce Medlin.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Champion (Annette) of Mebane, Tasha Smith (Brian) of Tennessee and Amie McCauley.
