She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bickel and Eva Laufer Bickel. She is survived by: her husband Max Ray Bailey; her children, James Bailey of Knoxville, TN, Sheryl Gabriele (Kevin) of Kent, WA, Stuart Bailey (Carolyn) of Clarkville, TN, Jennifer Guthrie (Edmund) of Mebane and Patrice Biegar (Glenn) of Burlington; and her sister Verna Mills of Altoona, PA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren.
