He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Arch Currie and Othelia Miles Currie of Mebane; his children, Timothy Cates (Kathy) of Mebane, Antonne Watkins of Yanceyville, Antonio Currie of Yanceyville, Orlanda Lea and Marion Lea; his siblings, John Frank Currie of Mebane, Ronald Currie (Shirley) of Burlington, Donald Currie (Carol) of Mebane, Carolyn Thompson (Samuel) of Hillsborough and Dorothy Yellock (Alphonza) of Mebane; his son Brandon McCadden; and his siblings, Patricia VanHook, Charles Currie, Merline Ellison, Gary Currie and Kenneth Currie. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and a host of relatives, family and friends.
