She was predeceased by: her parents, John T Moore and Illa Mae Moore; her husband Robert Lee Collins; her son John Robert Collins; and her grandchildren, Christie and Casey.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Collins Fuqua; her granddaughters, Celia Ann Starnes and Celia Ann Starnes Cole (Lonnie); her great grandchildren, Austin Windol Elliott, Celeste Taylor Elliott (Anna) and Mikayla Leigh Manson; and also, Austin Windol Elliott, Celeste Taylor Elliott and Mikayla Leigh Manson. She is also survived by grandmother to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
