She was predeceased by: her mother Hazel Maxine Rees; her husband James Clayton "JC" Tuttle; her grandparents, Opal Montgomery Rees and Otts Hubert Rees; her aunt Daphne Miles (Ben); her cousin Benji Miles; and her siblings, Diane Jackson and Jeff Perkins.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Joyce of McLeansville, Patrick Tuttle (Becky) of Wichita and Andrea Davis (Steve) of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Morgan Joyce (Curry Hall), Chandler Joyce, Nicholas Davis, Colin Davis and Matt Davis (Kate); her cousin Lois Miles; and her siblings, Kirk Perkins (Nancy), Julian Perkins, Kim Teeters (Johnny), Nancy Swanson (Dan) and Heidi Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
