She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Puckett and Annie Loy Puckett; her former husband Jimmy Holt; and her husband Wayne Boyd. She is survived by: her close friends, Carolyn Martin and Debra Andrews. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
