He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Justice and Bertha Justice; his siblings, Louis, Frank, Otis, Eddie Larance Justice and Daisy Mae Crowder; his former wife Lucille Huffines Justice; and his great grandchild Isaac David Hampel.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Justice; his children, Carolyn Smith (David), Dayle Cairrikier (Gene), Beverly Stewart (David), Robin Andrews, Dean Justice (Leslie) and Cathy Hardy (Jimmy); and his siblings, Jack Justice, Kathleen Sexton and Geneva Crowder. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 22 Great-grandchildren.
