He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Elliott Nance and Hessie Carol Anderson Nance; his wife Belva Jean Shepherd Nance; his siblings, Deward, Delmer, Ray, Ted, Leonard, Bobby, Blanche and Mable; and his great grandchild Braxton Nimmo.
He is survived by: his sons, Eddie Nance (Kathy), Randy Nance (Joan) and Tracy Nance (Tammy); his grandchildren, Samantha, Brandon, Cara, Elijah and Jadie; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Levi and Stone; and his close friend Judy. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McLeansville Baptist Church (5205 Frieden Church Rd, McLeansville, NC 27301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
